Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using WeQuery, you agree to these Terms of Use and Sale. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Service description
WeQuery is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that lets you query databases in natural language. The service:
- Converts your questions into SQL queries using artificial intelligence.
- Executes read-only (SELECT) queries on your databases.
- Generates visualizations, charts, and analyses from the results.
- Supports PostgreSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, SQLite, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Search Console.
WeQuery does not store data from your databases. Queries are executed in real time and results displayed without retention.
User account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- Each account is personal. Credential sharing is prohibited.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
The service is intended for professional data analysis use. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to execute destructive queries (DROP, DELETE, UPDATE, INSERT), the system automatically blocks them.
- Attempting to bypass security measures or access other users' data.
- Using the service for scraping, unauthorized data mining, or any illegal activity.
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing access to the service.
- Using the service in any way that could damage, disable, or overload the infrastructure.
Plans, credits, and billing
- WeQuery offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business, Scale).
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
- Additional credit packs are one-time purchases, non-refundable once used.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Payment is charged at the beginning of each period.
- Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes for EU customers.
- You can change your plan at any time: upgrades are effective immediately, downgrades take effect at the end of the current period.
Refund policy
- Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for the current period. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Credit packs: credits already consumed are non-refundable. Unused credits from a pack purchased within the last 14 days may be refunded upon request to contact@we-query.com.
- EU right of withdrawal: in accordance with EU regulations, you have 14 days from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, unless you have started using the service.
Third-party integrations
WeQuery allows connecting third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google BigQuery). By connecting these services:
- You authorize WeQuery to access your data in read-only mode, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You can revoke this access at any time from your settings.
- WeQuery is not responsible for the availability or changes to these third-party services.
Availability
We are committed to maintaining maximum service availability. However:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation (best-effort SLA).
- Planned maintenance may be performed with email notice.
- WeQuery cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by third parties (Supabase, Stripe, Google, LLM providers).
Intellectual property
- The WeQuery platform, its source code, design, and brand are the exclusive property of GOSETECH LLC.
- Results generated from your data belong entirely to you.
- AI models used (via OpenRouter) are the property of their respective publishers.
Termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings (Settings > Billing).
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
- We reserve the right to terminate your account for violation of these terms, with 7 days notice except in cases of emergency.
Limitation of liability
- WeQuery provides analyses generated by artificial intelligence. Results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice (financial, legal, medical, or otherwise).
- WeQuery cannot be held responsible for decisions made based on the results provided.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.
- WeQuery cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of business.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. In case of significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
